Hey moderators...
Below is the ban report template.

Use this when you ban someone on the servers.
This is not optional. All bans will be reported.
All ban reasons need to be structred correctly, there are already a number of saved reasons and these should be used.
Example, "Speed Hacks - Appeal at http://www.underdone.org", "Aim bot - Appeal at http://www.underdone.org"
Failure to use correctly formatting in bans will have the banned removed. (use the BANS tab in the ULX menu)
