The Player base is a constant 20+ which is great to see but the server is lagging due to amount of players also there needs to be something that grabs people attention into donating.

I have had no problems with server. i have a gaming PC (less than a year old) and i live in the UK. my ping maybe 150 -180 but it doesn't affect gameplay

This could be due to your PAC 3 settings, if you go to the option tab in the Q or F1 menu you should see a slider to increase or decrease the draw distance of the items on the players etc.

Or you can disable it altogether.
As a test you should try disabling it for a moment and see if your lag goes away.

I have had plenty of people wanting to donate, I just do not have a system in place.
Unlike -=AWOL=- I want an automated donation system that does not require me to have to manually put the player into a Donator status and give them the item.
