Keep in mind that the Stats you provide my not be used exactly as you define.
So if you list something with +20 agility... Its not going to happen.

Is your Stays at a beach a 4 peice set?
If so that pastebin will not work, each set peice has to be its own separate item.

you can obtain it from the quest, Alienating marathon 1. 100 combine grunts, 100 combine heavy grunts, 100 hound eyes and 100 alien grunts.

Txijene, I can see from the pastebin that your weapon has class events still in it, so it will not work.
Again, refer to the tutorial video before making weapons.

Also, no melee weapon will ever have a speed over 2.
